As seen in the survey, my wife and I gave you an excellent overall rating in all phases of the project. You were very prompt in returning all phone and e-mail inquiries in a very professional manner.
You stayed right on target with the written estimate that you provided and we feel that you actually went above and beyond our expectations. The additional add-ons we requested were rolled right into the project in a very seamless manner. I was very impressed that your employees stayed focused with the project and finished it in less than ten consecutive days. It was very nice to see them arrive at 7:00am every morning just like you promised they would.
Your employees performed their daily tasks displaying a high level of professional conduct and expertise, including constant communication, about each phase of the project. Every day was finished by cleaning up the jobsite. My wife felt very comfortable having your employees on our property. Our eleven year old grandson was also impressed with how fast the project was completed. He said they would probably never finish the buildingbefore he had to go back to Florida. In closing, I was very happy to discover a company like yours in this area of Pennsylvania. Since we moved back to the area thirteen years ago, we have never been happy with the quality of any contractor that we hired. We had never called a single contractor back for additional work.
We had interviewed five different contractors for our building in the course of a three month period. Some failed to show up, all failed to listen to what we wanted, and gave us outrageous bids on what they wanted to build. When you sat down with my wife and me and actually listened to what we wanted, you made our decision to choose Knepp Buildings very easy. It was like having our own private buildings consultant.
